Cabernet Sauvignon from contracted farmers in Sagae, aged in barrels for one year. The red in the bird series represents birds of prey. This one features the relatively small Ashitaka hawk, known for its swift movements and powerful hunting skills. We paired it with this Cabernet, which combines a soft taste with rich depth.
Pale ruby. Aromas of violet flowers and red currants gradually give way to cedar and mint. A soft attack with charming fruit flavors and beautiful acidity. Low tannins and a supple body are characteristic. The finish is pleasant and elegant.
The label was designed by local artist Mari Yoshida. It’s not just cute; the label captures the vibrant energy of living creatures.
