Cabernet Sauvignon from a contracted farmer in Sagae was aged in barrels for one year. The red in the bird series was made into a bird of prey. Among hawks, it is a relatively small gray hawk, but it has the strength to swiftly target its prey. This was layered with this Cabernet, which combines a soft taste with rich body.
Pale ruby. Aromas of violet flowers, red currants, gradually revealing cedar and mint scents. A soft attack with charming fruit flavors and beautiful acidity. Low tannins and a supple body are characteristic. A pleasant and elegant finish lingers.
The label was requested from local artist Mari Yoshida. It turned out to be a label that conveys not just cuteness but also the vitality of living creatures.
