A blend of Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture and Alicante A from our own vineyard, crafted into a rosé sparkling wine using the rustic method (Méthode Rurale). The color layers over the reddish feathers of a thrush. The bubbles are relatively gentle, but since it contains some sediment, please chill well and let it settle before opening.
A fine, soft, lightly sparkling foam with gentle, melting bubbles. Pale salmon pink hue. Sweetness of Delaware grapes and aroma of raspberries. Slightly sweet with a good balance of acidity, featuring charming bubbles with pure fruit flavors like ripe white peach.
