The color is a golden lemon yellow. The aroma is rich with flavors of yellow peach and mangosteen, with impressions of sunlight-rich notes like pineapple, honey, and dried persimmon. The taste offers a good balance of warm-region fruit flavors and mellow acidity. It has a concentrated, broth-like flavor and a rich umami.
