224 Winery / Delaware 2023 (White) 750ml
Regular price ¥3,300The grapes used are fully ripe Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture, a famous production area. The mouthfeel is fruity, but surprisingly the taste is dry.
A shining lemon yellow. The thick disc (= water surface) and the wine tears slowly flowing down the glass promise a full-bodied flavor.
From the moment you open the bottle, the sweet aroma of grapes overflows, bringing back nostalgic memories of eagerly trying to finish a whole bunch as a child. In the latter half, there are also refreshing herbal nuances.
The moment it touches your mouth, you sense a subtle sweetness, with a rich fruitiness in the first half. This is followed by an elegant acidity that sharpens the finish, leaving a dry aftertaste.
