I believe that the farmers have faced many difficulties due to the heavy rain and high temperatures just before the harvest.
"In our orchard, the sugar content did not rise as we had hoped, and frustrating days continued. However, it feels like this challenging year has allowed us to create a wine that makes the most of the 'interesting' lessons that nature teaches us."
