If you cancel your registration for the event, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the policy below. Please be sure to check before applying.

・No-show cancellations (absence without notice): 100% of the event participation fee
・Cancellation from the day of the event up to 3 days prior: 100% of the event participation fee
・Cancellation 4 to 7 days in advance: 50% of the event participation fee
・Cancellation 8 days or more in advance: 10% of the event participation fee
* The count of days starts excluding the event date.
