Date and time:	Thursday, July 17, 2025 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (Reception starts at 1:15 PM)
Capacity:	Up to about 40 people First-come, first-served application
Participation fee:	1,000 yen per person * Payment method is credit card only
Venue:	Nihonbashi Plaza 2-3-4 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0027 3rd Floor, Nihonbashi Plaza Building 4-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station Yaesu North Exit 1-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Nihonbashi Station Exit B3

1. Add tickets for the number of participants to your cart.
2.Please enter the required information (such as your name) and complete the payment.
* The "Order Confirmation Email" will serve as your electronic ticket; no physical tickets will be mailed.
* On the day, please present the 4-digit order number starting with "#",
Please provide the name under which the reservation was made.
* Also, please prepare two business cards at the reception.
One ticket will be collected at reception, and the other will be placed in a holder and handed to you.
※If you have registered for accompanying guests, please enter together on the day.

[Cancellation Policy]
If you cancel your registration for the event, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the policy below. Please be sure to check before applying.
◎ About Cancellation Fees
・No-show cancellations (absence without notice): 100% of the event participation fee
・Cancellation from the day of the event up to 3 days prior: 100% of the event participation fee
・Cancellation 4 to 7 days in advance: 50% of the event participation fee
・Cancellation 8 days or more in advance: 10% of the event participation fee
* The count of days starts excluding the event date.
* Please notify us of cancellations using the methods below.
