Regular price ¥2,860Koshu grapes grown on a sunny slope in Manriki Yamaji, Yamanashi City. Fermented with wild yeast.
Fermentation period is 15 days (3 days before fermentation starts, 7 days of alcoholic fermentation, 5 days post-fermentation). After pressing, it is aged for six months in resin tanks that allow air permeability and concrete tanks, then racked and bottled.
A wine that highlights the characteristics of the Koshu grape variety.
A dry wine with a subtle orange tint derived from the grape skins and a pleasant astringency.
Pairs very well with slightly bitter vegetables like wild mountain vegetables, as well as pork and chicken dishes.
