In contrast to the challenging 2023 vintage, it was a relatively good vintage for Pinot Noir with fewer diseases.
The color is ruby. Aromas of cherry and raspberry, flavors of red berries, with a spicy note from the whole clusters, balanced with moderate tannins and acidity.
About 28% whole cluster ratio, the rest is destemmed and fermentation is started with natural yeast. After three weeks of maceration, the juice is pressed and aged in old barrels for about 10 months.
