A charming orange color with a slight pink tint. It spreads a nostalgic yet elegant aroma reminiscent of candied kumquats and ponkan candy. Nuances of lily and yellow flowers, combined with spicy scents, draw you into its complex world even before tasting. On the palate, concentrated fruit flavors of ripe apple and orange peel burst forth, with a pleasant astringency (tannin) that tightens the overall structure. The mineral sensation with a "salty" note reminiscent of the Awaji sea and a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel. When combined with lees, the complexity increases, and the spices and umami layers continue to unfold until the very end, making this a richly expressive orange wine.
