We don’t pay much attention to the exact proportions of the assemblage.
A single farmer carefully cultivates the grapes, each vinified in their own way.
There is no other reason than it being a field blend.
However, surprisingly, it always comes together perfectly every time.
the aroma and taste are endlessly gentle and mild.
While reminiscent of sweet, ripe raspberries and pomegranates, the body balance never overpowers, making it a truly pleasant and soothing liquid that you can keep drinking forever.
