We don’t pay much attention to the exact blending ratios.
A single farmer carefully cultivates the grapes, each vinified in their own way.
There is no other reason than it being a field blend.
Yet, surprisingly, it always comes together perfectly every time.
the aroma and flavor remain endlessly gentle and mild.
While reminiscent of sweet, ripe raspberries and pomegranates, the perfectly balanced body never overpowers, making it a delightfully smooth liquid you can enjoy continuously.
