It is precisely because we deeply respect Mr. Ohno that we prepare this wine every year.
I don't pay much attention to the ratio of assemblage and such.
A single farmer carefully cultivates grapes, each fermented in their own way.
There is no reason beyond the field blend.
However, surprisingly, it comes together well every time.
The aroma and flavor are endlessly gentle and soothing.
While reminiscent of sweet, ripe raspberries and pomegranates, the body balance that never asserts itself too much is truly a pleasantly permeating liquid that you can keep drinking.
Even after opening, it is a warm wine that changes gently day by day for over a week, allowing you to enjoy its occasional expressions.
