Wine is an art that reflects the people and the land itself.
Because it’s Mr. Ohno, whom we deeply respect, that’s why we make this wine every year.
We don’t pay much attention to the exact blending ratios. Each farmer carefully cultivates their grapes and ferments them in their own way. There’s no deeper reason behind the field blend. Yet, surprisingly, it always comes together beautifully every time.
Starting from this vintage, the winery has been passed on to Yuji and Michiyo, the son and his wife, from 2024 onward. However, Yuji and his wife are veteran farmers who have been involved for over 20 years, so they bring a different kind of passion compared to Masatoshi, the father.
We hope you will enjoy this wine purely by tasting it, while guessing and discussing it in a blind tasting.
