"I don't pay much attention to the percentage of assemblage. Each farmer carefully cultivates their grapes and vinifies them in their own way. There is no reason beyond that for a field blend. However, surprisingly, it always comes together wonderfully every time."
The year 2023 is the last work of Masatoshi Ohno, whom we deeply respect and trust.
"From 2024 onwards, the succession will be passed on to your son Yuji and his wife Michiyo."
Please be sure to savor this final Masatomi-san's Ohno Field Blend with care.
