Since 2015, we have started planting grapes in our own vineyard and contract winemaking; despite some ups and downs, from 2020 onward, we have gradually been able to harvest grapes.
That said, using only in-house grapes would limit us to just one or two barrels, and the grape potential is still developing, so we blend with trusted farmers’ grapes to produce a sufficient volume.
Thanks to the winemaking techniques we have cultivated so far and the wonderful grapes from the farmers, the flavor, aroma, body, and overall balance achieve a quality comparable to our flagship Fattoria AL FIORE series, delivering a level of satisfaction you can fully enjoy.
