Piacere! is an Italian greeting meaning "Nice to meet you."
This is one of our most cherished wines, first released in 2018 when we opened our own winery, and we continue to make it the same way every year to never forget our original passion.
This is an incredibly pure and luxurious flavor made by filling a large tank with fully ripe Steuben grapes that have been destemmed, using only the juice (free run) that comes out by its own weight.
Since it is made using a rustic method where bottling is done before fermentation finishes, there is a strong risk of it spraying out when opened. We strongly recommend chilling it well and opening it slowly over a bowl, releasing the gas gradually instead of opening it all at once.
【 Caution 】There may be a faint milky film on the liquid surface, but this is from grapes intended for raw consumption.
It is a protein component common in grapes that floats. If you gently shake the bottle, it will mix in.
It blends into the wine. Of course, it does not affect the human body and is not film yeast.
So please enjoy it with confidence.
