Although the levels were low, the acidity remained firm, resulting in a more refined, delicate, and elegant wine with a feminine touch.
According to the winemaker Rena, it was made with the image of our first vintage, the 2015.
Since the first vintage was the first time making this wine, Hirotaka Meguro carefully and cautiously crafted it,
I remember it became a very pure wine.
And Rena, who was impressed after tasting the 2015 vintage, used that as inspiration to craft this 2019 Rosso.
