Rosso made with Merlot from Mr. Ohno in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture, who has been supporting us since we started making wine in 2015.
It is thanks to Mr. Ohno sincerely engaging with the grapes and with us that we have built a trusting relationship with the current producers, expanding the possibilities of wine together, and it is no exaggeration to say that he is an essential presence for the winery as it is today.
I believe it has a finish that goes beyond the typical Merlot flavor, so I hope you will enjoy tasting it.
