Grapes: 100% Steuben from our own managed vineyard in the Nawa area of Hirosaki City
Brewing: Early harvest to retain acidity, picked in three batches. Fermented for an average of two weeks with additional additions, then pressed. Juice added immediately after fermentation and bottled as pétillant.
Flavor: Dry, contrasting with a sweet aroma; slightly bitter finish with a light, refreshing feel
