Brewing: Fully ripe Steuben grapes are direct pressed. Fermentation continues for 3 months at low temperature, then after completion, it is left to settle in an open tank for 45 days before bottling.
Flavor: Mild acidity, slight bitterness and light tannins, with sweetness and umami, giving a full-bodied feel.
