Ripe lemon and bitterness from whole-cluster fermentation, with a subtle barrel aroma and a grand scale unfolding beneath. Over time, fresh apple scents, white peach, and rich vanilla are added.
Western cuisine using dairy products and olive oil. Pairs well with carbonara and cream stew.
