Using the selected cuvée from Alex Craighead Wines. Aromas of cassis, raspberry, and orange peel. A velvety texture with rich iron and minerals. As time passes, hints of cherry emerge, revealing the exquisite aroma of Pinot Noir. Pairs perfectly with red meats from game such as lamb, wild boar, and venison.
