Direct pressing and primary fermentation in an open tank. After 3 weeks, transferred to French oak and stainless steel tanks.
Stainless steel fermentation is set at a low temperature with no batonnage. Barrels undergo batonnage. After 10 months, blending is done. Bottled two weeks later. I like duality and contradictions, and when a dandy stylish man wears the sweet aroma of MBA, it creates a charming gap. Plus, if it carries a slight cigar scent and addictive bitter cocoa, isn't that cool!? It became that kind of item.
Named "Va bene!" as an item that stylish mature men would want to have.
Since "NO WORRIES" no longer exists, we inherited its meaning due to the striking similarity in production.
