NIKI Hills' flagship wine, produced continuously since the first vintage in 2015.
We are committed to low-temperature fermentation at 12°C to fully express the aroma that Kerner possesses.
Using nearly 40-year-old Kerner vines from Aki Farm and Hirose Farm in Yoichi Town, along with Kerner from our own vineyard. We varied the harvest timing to add layers of aroma and taste on top of the crisp, Hokkaido-like acidity. Fermentation uses several types of cultured yeast, and by blending them at the end, we create a unique aroma and taste that can only be expressed at NIKI Hills.
