This is a dry white wine made using Kerner from Nakai Tourist Farm located in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
Since the grapes were in a healthy state with few rotten fruits, they were immediately pressed, and primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation are being carried out using wild yeast and wild lactic acid bacteria.
After that, it was aged for about 9 months in wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks.
The appearance is a slightly deep yellow. The aroma features the characteristic Muscat scent of Kerner, along with citrus notes and a dry mineral scent reminiscent of chalk.
The strong fruitiness spreads throughout the mouth, with a solid body and acidity that follows into a lingering finish, creating a complex and multi-dimensional flavor.
