This name was given from Mr. Takamatsu Yoshie’s batch. It uses 83% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Petit Verdot. The 2022 vintage had slightly less ripe grapes due to bad weather in September, but it became a wine that shows promise as a Bordeaux blend. You can enjoy the firm acidity and well-balanced flavor characteristic of the Yoshie Vineyard.
