The "Wajyu Award" is a contest where top sommeliers and industry professionals active in East Asia evaluate Japanese wine and sake.
The 5th annual judging panel was successfully held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This year, over 170 items were submitted by wineries from 20 prefectures, and a rigorous judging process was conducted by Chief Judge Mr. Reeze Choi and 16 other judges.
